I spent close to 40 years in the trenches of hard work, starting as a UPS driver before stepping up as a Teamsters Union business representative and strategic labor leader. Along the way, I mastered contract strategy, handled high-stakes dispute resolution, directed massive multi-day conferences, and spent over a decade leading national and international disaster relief teams right in the heart of “ground zero” impact zones.

So, how can all that help you?

Every single day of those 40 years of hands-on experience has trained my eye to spot things other people completely miss. It helps your commercial property because I bring an elite level of risk management, safety assessment, and intense operational precision to your facility. Whether managing complex logistics in a disaster zone or navigating intense workplace environments, I’ve spent decades identifying liabilities and keeping teams safe. I know exactly how to look at a physical property, anticipate issues before they happen, and keep your building completely secure, efficient, and running smoothly.

Because of this intensive labor and corporate relations background, I also provide professional expert consulting services to help businesses streamline their organizational operations, manage labor relations, and mitigate risk before issues even arise.

On May 6, 2026, I teamed up with my partner—combining his 15+ years of trusted local trade expertise under H & M Handyman with my operational background to expand into H & R Property Solutions & More, LLC. We are proud to be a family-owned and operated business that has been proudly serving South Florida for over 15 years, and I am actively involved in our local business commerce.

Driven by Community & Service

Beyond operations, my heart is in serving others. For over a decade, I served as a Human Rights and Diversity Commissioner (HRDC) representative. Over the years, I’ve established annual food and holiday drives, volunteered with over a dozen 501(c)(3) organizations, and even obtained security clearance to hand-deliver holiday letters from local schoolchildren to wounded veterans at Walter Reed. Today, my family and I still volunteer weekly at a local non-profit.

Parallel to my time on the road, I was deeply involved in Union leadership. I specialized in documenting, logging, and managing complex labor concerns, bridging the gap between employees and company management. My work frequently took me into high-stakes, high-level hearings where I prided myself on consistently securing professional, fair outcomes.

Safety isn’t just a buzzword for me; it’s a standard. Throughout my career, I was an active member of our workplace safety committees and regularly attended workshops and conferences to keep my certifications sharp. Over the years, I’ve also had the privilege of mentoring the next generation of workers coming up through the ranks. Alongside my logistics background, I founded H & M Handyman & Property Maintenance, building a family-owned business proudly serving South Florida for over 15 years. Over that decade and a half, I’ve managed commercial property maintenance across multiple facility locations right here in our local community.

Now, I am incredibly excited for this next adventure with H & R Property Solutions & More, LLC.
